Keystone Field Services, Inc. is a woman-owned, certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), as part of the Unified Certification Program (UCP) of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). This certification is accepted by all USDOT recipients in Florida. In addition, we are a Certified MBE Firm with the State of Florida, certified M/WBE with Leon County, the City of Tallahassee and the Leon County Schools Consortium, as well as with a number of other public agencies such as the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).
